Return & Exchange Policy

At Asporea Kids, we believe in providing 100% satisfaction to our customers. In the rare case that a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may request a return or exchange according to the following policy.

Return Policy

Customers can return an item if it is found to be faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To initiate a return, kindly WhatsApp/call us at +92 344 8686686 within 2 days of receiving your order.

The product must be returned through a traceable delivery service (renowned courier or registered post) within 7 days of receiving the order along with the original invoice.

The returned item must be:

  • In original packaging (properly folded and packed)
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags and labels attached
  • In the same condition as received

Please note:

  • No return will be accepted for products purchased on SALE.
  • Customized/personalized products are not eligible for return.
  • The customer must bear the courier charges for sending the product back.

After approval of the return, the refund will be processed through bank transfer. The customer will be required to share their bank account details.

Exchange Policy

Customers can request an exchange if the item received is faulty, damaged, defective, or different from the product originally ordered.

To initiate an exchange, kindly WhatsApp/call us at +92 344 8686686. within 2 days of receiving your order.

The returned item must be:
